I moved to NYC on Monday for grad school. I'll be going to Parsons the New School for Design...for architecture.

I also got a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM before I left. I guess I also got (for Christmas) a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8II which takes some fantastic images for being a $90 lens, but have not taken the time to actually post anything with it.

Hopefully the combination of a new lens, new school, and new city will motivate me to actually post something again.

Canon Rebel XT is now a Canon 40D
Dell Inspirion 6000 is now a Unibody Macbook Pro
CS3 is now CS4
Hasselblad 500 C/M is still Hasselblad 500 C/M

so for anyone that didn't know i spent the last 13 week in europe (10 of which were in Italy and 7 of those were in Rome)
for an architecture study abroad program for OSU.

Unfortunatley while I was in Barcelona with some friends my bookbag was stolen. This means I've lost my laptop, my rebel xt, my hasselblad, and all the pictures I took during this trip.

looks like i'll be out of commision (all though i don't do that much here anymore anyway) until

im taking a darkroom class this quarter

i WILL scan my prints of my first project in when I finish it

in my opinion photography feels more like art in the darkroom because its much more hands on than digital work on the computer
